Meet Drina The Doula

Hello, my name is Edrina Gilbert! I'm a birth & postpartum doula. As a military wife and mother of two, I understand the challenges of childbirth. My passion for becoming a doula was ignited by my own experience, where I yearned for a nurturing and advocating presence.

Birth Doula

Will provide emotional and physical support during childbirth, helping mothers have a positive and empowering birthing experience.

Postpartum Doula

Will provide support after childbirth, offering assistance with breastfeeding latch, help with light household chores, such as laundry, dishes, and meal preparation . Offer information and resources on postpartum recovery and self-care -& provide overnight support so parents can get much-needed rest

ChildBirth Education

​

Cover topics such as the stages of labor, comfort measures for labor, medical interventions, breastfeeding, and newborn care -teach expectant parents techniques for coping with labor pain, such as breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and positions for labor and birth.
