Join Let’s Doula This baby for a private, in-house childbirth education class that covers everything you need to know about labor, childbirth, and newborn care. Our classes include comfort measures, medical interventions, breastfeeding, and creating a birth plan. We’ll also teach techniques for coping with labor pain through breathing exercises, relaxation techniques, and different labor and birth positions.
