- Provide emotional support and guidance to parents as they navigate the challenges of caring for a newborn - Assist with breastfeeding and other aspects of infant care - Help with light household chores, such as laundry, dishes, and meal preparation - Offer information and resources on postpartum recovery and self-care - Offer referrals as needed -Once selected you tell me what you need!

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel, please notify us 48 hours in advance! If fail to do so, your payment will be charged on day of class. If needing to reschedule, we will move you to the next monthly class!
